My BG 182

New dash trims arrived today, look much better than the scratched and worn ones I bought the car with

HOWEVER, I think I've found a problem. Came out of my nans house to see something dangling underneath the front tyre:

looked right underneath the car and there seems to be damage done but I don't know when or what by:

so yeah, errrmmmm, HELP! Don't even know what the wires that are hanging down are? Are they important? Lol

More importantly, does that mean the car has been in an accident or a crash that I don't know about?

Had the task of changing number plates over today as the car had a private plate on it from the previous owner, however, he chose to retain it. Got a letter from DVLA telling me to change it so I ordered some plates off of fancyplates.com and went about the fitting today. Went to halfords and got some sticky pads and began..

Original off the car, thought it looked mean as fook without it:
