Looks really nice, but can't figure out why it has a phase 1 dash!

Ph1 dash, no airbags/pretensioners. Theres a variety of things cut out of the far reach models to save money.

it is not to save money. it is what this model get when come from the factory.
here the car doesnt have to get airbag and staff like that.
in 2012 next year the airbags and security's staff will be required.

we are late , brazil is not good for cars except volks.

example the last clio model is mk3 we dont have the last model the mk4 and we wont.
