Hi My car got stolen today and by any chance someone will hunt for my car in newcastle around. I am living in Wallsend (north shield)



My reg is NC51 DDZ. thx a lot

also if my car can not be repair and also can not be find. will I be able to claim the total cost of the car (brand new price) I actually brought them second hand used.

more likely to be trade in value tbh as the insurance company wont have anyone to claim against and recover the money.

dont know how, i was at my mate house and left the car there for 30 mins, than I got a lift by my mate to get some items from my home. I left my wallet and the car key(i think at home. When I back to my mate place for another 20 minutes I felt a heavy rip noise from outside and so my car disappear. I probably left the key in my car at the first place and someone saw it and so someone took my car away

Sorry to tell you this, but if you left your keys in the car, your insurance company will not pay out on a stolen car.

Its all because you must take reasonable care of the car.

Was there much fuel in it? Hope that you or the police manage to find it.

How do you start the engine without the key to disable the immobiliser?

If I had the skill to get past the immobiliser I wouldnt waste my time on a something like a 1.2 16v, Id nick a decent car!!! (no disrespect to 1.2 16v owners - I owned two).

I would also like to know how they did it without the key. All modern cars are supposed to be rock solid to take so they brake into your house and take the keys instead....unless they did get a key or tow truck. I thought it might have been the finance company taking for non-payments but you said it was at your mates house?

every car is stealable with or without the keys (it just takes longer without). they all work in the same principle .. but as someone else suggested, anyone that wants to go to this much trouble is not going to steal a 1.2 clio (again, no offence)
