Oh and I managed to pull that f**king grill off! Nearly had a man-gasm! Although I think due to a crash the body is slightly outta shape and it doesn't quite sit 100% perfect. But MUCH better.

New year clean and pics

Having not updated my own thread with any pictures for some time i thought i would add some.

So, all the colour coding was finished back in the end of october. Rossy arranged a dent/scratch meet in december. Good turn out and alot of work was carried out. I had all dents removed from both doors and rear quarters. Very happy with the work and got it done for a cracking price bearing in mind how many dents i had. Could of been a warmer day.

Next month im going to get a splitter. Possibly clear side repeaters also. Need to finish off lacquering a pair of door handles that i started months ago and fit them.

When the weather improves and we get hotter days i will start to sort out the deep scratches.

As its the new year and the snow has gone now, decided to give the car a good clean and a polish. Grabbed some pics while it was dry. Didn't have any before pictures, but it was filthy.

Anyway here are the pics:

Did well in the snow, didn't get stuck once.

Thanks, few things just need tidying up. Splitter and clear side repeators are next, then will be sorting the scratches and refurb 3 of the alloys.

If a 15" set of f1's wheels come up cheap i may get them next.

Forgot to add. The mudgaurds/flaps on the front are standard. Never had any rears when i brought it. I feel the fronts look tidy, but don't do a great deal tbh.

To update my thread i've now fitted a splitter and clear side repeaters. Finishes off the front.

Couple weeks ago i washed and clean mine and a mates trophy < want one

Wednesday i washed, clayed and polished the car. Really shiny so went out and got some pics.

Also i have purchased some replica side skirts with no fixings or instructions. Is tigerseal or similiar best or some brackets?

Been out today infact only 12miles but it was very wet. South Wales in 2 weeks for a long weekend.

Colour coding is a massive improvement. I still have some door handles too finish but havn't got round to that yet.

This was sundays job. Vinyl applied to B pillars. Some may like others may not. £5 for a big sheet so not alot to lose if i don't like it in the future.

Reason because there were a few scratches on each side from prevoius owner. Idea i got from alot of other cars that have it as standard.

Did a friends saxo, which was much easier because of the simplier shape.

Needs some black or silver o.z f1's and it'd look epic.

Could you do me a favour and ask your mate how much he'd want to spray up a cup spoiler for me?

Thanks, needs a new battery this week and im going to replace all the engine mounts to tighten it up, but apart from that she's a good runner. 67k on the clock.

Sure will keep a eye out, cliosport sticker in the rear window. I've not seen any modded like mine in my area.
