do you ever sleep Chris?

Well done on the tow bar! :)
Steering wheel - I'm sure it must feel so much better to drive, but kinda looks odd? Probably looks better in the flesh. btw, can Renault actually turn warning lights off using their computers? I was told recently that if the car is reporting a fault, that you can't tell the computer to ignore it. Maybe I've been misinformed, but that's my understanding.

And your loud vibrating / noise - not a clue, but hopefully sorted when you get your new exhaust. :)

Ive had a few PM's off people who have had them removed by the big R.

Are they an MOT failure?

RE the noise - im sure it will be OK with a new exhaust. :)

Ooooo just got my matt black Speedline Turini's back from the tyre fitters with some 195/40/R16 T1R's on! Sexy!

I'll update my blog later!

Too much!

My biggest spend so far is the kevlar Cobra Imola S seats, subframes, subframe adapters, bolts, and harnesses. If you dont want to go for steelies [Monaco's] it gets very expensive.

Ive still got loads to do too!

Next installment [Thursday] will be brake disks and pads, and an oil change.

car is looking good Chris, but that list looks a bit expensive - like you said though, worth it and necessary for some proper track abuse!!

hope it all goes well :)

Hi Matty - Did you have a good holiday after?

The seats are my favourite things! I love them! They weigh sweet FA due to the Kevlar composite!

In hindsight it would have been much more friendlier to my bank balance if I just went for the cup.... Oh well - its all a learning curve! )

Thanks for the comments!

yeah holiday was superb, bet your dieing to do a trackday now,i had one on saturday at bedford but the fog was that bad couldnt go on track

Nightmare - I bet you were gutted! Did you get your money back?

The weather is getting shitty, and the roads are getting greasy - not good.

Im trying to make a Bedford day in November but I have to try and juggle things around.

Starting to really take shape now Chris, I think it looks awesome.

Must have been very patient with the painting of the badges, have you got any pictures of the badges on yet?

Is the headlight washer normally like that, it looks like it's not all there?

Gaz He buffed it good! :rasp:

They are still hardening so not on the car yet. They look good - but could have done a better job if I did it again. I used some of my old Lotus Elise touch up paint to do the silver detailing. I will post pics when on.;)

Oh and the washer end is broken... Doh!

your VX was absolutly sexual! and ive never ever said that about a car before! stunning mate!
