My Dynamique [Image Heavy]

  (s)Low Dynamique
How much did you pay for the lights if you don't mind me asking? Inbox me if you prefer. Car's looking decent, everybody has summed up what needs to be done really! Standard rear lights, standard speaker covers and in my opinion you should remove the window tints (personally the best thing I've EVER done).

200, which I was happy for as cliospares wanted the pricely sum of 300. As for the tints? Personally I like the whole clean image of black on black, without tints on the windows or rear lights (despite them looking naff at the moment) I think there's too much contrast. I'll have to put the bumpers on and decide what I'm doing after I suppose.

lol @ painting the rubbing strips on the car, they are a piece of piss to remove?

Each day I have my car I find more and more things that the previous owner had bodged, side strips were one of them, the reason why I found them fairly difficult to get off was that I'm pretty sure there was some adhesive residue when I finally got them off. I found this when I was applying the strips from SprayShack, I just got bored with faffing around and ripped the old ones off.

Looking good, a lot of people don't like rear tints or light tinting but I think it looks good on the right car, The black theme works well, I'm still not a fan of the tinted rear lights but it certainly doesn't look terrible. Alloys look great, I wouldn't completely deck it if i was you, looks alright as it is height-wise, ideally it could come down a bit but not too much, like maybe 40mm? Looking forward to seeing how this develops. Please don't make it a replica, why surprise people by looking like you have the fast version of the car but actually its just a 1.2, take your own spin on it. Make it how you want it, not how Renault thought sporty ones should look :)

I don't think you'll like this either hahah.
Wanted a different colour scheme.
Blue doesn't seem to be hugely popular on the site, and I liked the colour so, I did this.
As you can imagine, I like it, other's say it looks a bit tacky. Each to their own I guess.

I've done the badge the same colour too and plan on the wing mirrors too.

I've just seen this thread, had a good read of it... I've kitted my interior out with a blue too, just to let you know you're not alone :p IMO it can look fairly decent, just depends on the vibrancy and how things are matched in.

Pretty decent car overall :D good luck with it.

By the way, you still have the old headlights? Just wondered what condition they're in

Hahah wicked, what blue did you go for? I had to go for something loud, not too fond of it when the police take notice of me though.

The lights aren't in a bad way at all, just a tiny bit of fade, I'll probably polish 'em up nice and sell them.

i need some of them wheels, agree on the speaker grills tho cars looking subtle dont smurf it up mate

They're certainly delicious, I'll get a picture up of the black speaker grills asap. Blue speaker grille's will soon be a thing of the past.

General Update

It appears I have a viable quote on a 172 from Brentacre, so you won't see a huge lot of development on this thread until my brother gets ahold of the clio in due course. I on the other hand am saving saving saving in order to get my hands on the 172 pronto, it shouldn't take longer than a few months, hopefully ;) Touchwood this quote doesn't fluctuate!
