No deals on anywhere? I need to get my Cupra's belts done next year, Awesome GTI were quite reasonable IIRC.

Edit £369.

Chucked my new wheels and tyres on, plan is to get some winters on these but I thought I'd put them on and see what I thought before buying the tyres. They also came with conti 5s with tons of tread.

which is just as well as I really need to get my alignment sorted. This is the front drivers

Offset isn't as good but I'm happy with them. Especially for the price I paid.

also, f**k winter, I cleaned the plate yesterday morning, done about 220 miles since and it's pull worthy again. Fed up cleaning even that never mind the rest of the car

22k covered but it's another 2 weeks until I actually started using it so I expect it'll be 23k annually really.

In that time I've done 3 track days, bought some tyres, 2 wheel bearings, 1 set of wipers and a fuckton of diesel.

Big enough that they closed the lane and did an emergency repair.

Which should help with the claim.
70mph, someone next to me on a bridge with no shoulder.
It knocked the stereo out, thank f**k it didn't do an airbag but it wouldn't have surprised me. Was massive.

There also another couple of folk changing wheels from the same one so hopefully it'll be straightforward.
First time I've ever had an puncture that's forced me to change a wheel since passing my test 20 years ago.

Sold 😂😂

just need to raise it and wash it. My brother took it whilst I fixed and serviced his mini. He's been at me since to buy it so did it. Taking the mini in part ex.

Raised and away. Smidge over 23,000 miles done and tbf, it did it well. I think that's the thing about vag cars, they just do things well.
I'm glad I went for a yellow one and I wouldn't say no to another if I had the same sort of commute again but I'm hoping that's about to get shorter.

Anyway, brother has it so I'll still have to fix the bloody thing!
