well, even i was having my doubts as to whether the offer was for real.
i signed up to a mobile phone contract with e2save, with a sony ericsson w810i, 350 mins xnetwork anytime, 6 months half price line rental, and 100 texts.
it said it came with a free gift which was an xbox360, so i thought wicked, i'll ave a bit of that.
well the phone arrived next day as promised, but the paperwork said allow up to 72 hours for activation. well i allowed 72 hours and it still wasn't activated, so i called them and they told me that it would be activated and just to wait, so i called vodafone directly and they told me that my pak code for my number porting hadn't even been claimed.
so back on the phone to e2save and shout at them and the woman called vodafone while i was on the phone and said it was now sorted and it would hopefully be on within 24 hours and to just keep the handset turned off.
well cos i'm impatient i turned it off, and then 15 mins later turned it on again and it started working, so that was that saga over and done with, but i started to have doubts about e2save's competence. i then did a google search and found hundreds of complaints about them, and most of them were regarding not recieving money back from offers, and general bad service.
so i pretty much thought my 360 wasn't gonna turn up.
then today, 37 days after my original order was placed, the postman knocks on the door with a big box for me.
