My gear linkage is hanging down..

Does this gear linkage look bent to you?

I’m trying to compare it to a google image, mine has a lot of turns/ twists, and does hang down quite low under the car.
It’s going into a specialist soon to be looked at, so it maybe a good idea to buy a spare one ready to swap.

Difficult to tell from the photos but if you can still select all gears then it’s probably ok.
They can bend though and once that happens they just get worse until you can’t select any gears.

It feel as though the gears are more to the right, than previous 1*2. I’ve ordered a second hand one anyway ?
