My latest problem, rear wiper and washer jets

As I found out earlier when it started raining my rear wiper has decided not to bother doing it's job anymore.
Also the front and rear washer jets no longer shoot water or even attempt to.
Is there a fuse or something which controls them, I've checked the fuse box under the dash, and under the bonnet and can't see any blown fuses.

So: Not the fuses... and there are no noises, so nothing's jammed.

My money's on it being the stalk itself...

Bloody Clio, is it a big job changing the stalk looks simple but then again it's French so knowing them the roof will have to come off etc.. lol.

Does anyone know where the actual fuse is in the mk1 for the rear wiper and washer jets anyway.
I was rethinking over what you said about the stalk but the front wipers still work.

off the top of my head mate its number 12 ( i maybe wrong) its the fuse that also controls the cig lighter. i had exactly the same problem and it was the fuse

Arrrgh again bloody french.
I took the cig lighter fuse out because I blew the fuse in my amp.
Silly me for not knowing the cigerate lighter really means wipers and washer jets as well. :-8

confused me too i just couldnt work out what was wrong i got hold of some washer pumps rear wiper motor and they didnt help. then sat there and checked every fuse and found the cigearte lighter fuse was blown changed it and my jets and wiper worked.
