My "mates" new project needs a decent colour wadda ya reckon?

Silver

Hologram Grey (renault colour)

or Cup Blue

i "think" its a 16v

Its got to be Cup blue. Hologram grey is actually quite nice but i thnk you could get bored of it, like my black. Silver too common, your mate already has one in that colour anyway.

Tom - Cup blue, imho.

Im pretty sure its a silvery blue but i could be wrong.

BMW black, not a bad choice, Tom mate if youre now working in eltham you should have a look at the M3 next to mine, carbon black looks so much better than my poncy pearlescent!
