I done both of them with cans and its just much neater. I'll donate a can of paint and a pair of white or black stickers to them

Just now it just needs to be back on the road, once I've got the coupe back on the road in October I can start tarting the Clio and 225 up but we're a 1 car family at the moment and it's just not working for us! A pair of black stickers for then would be awesome though!

Right a busy wee afternoon and evening but that's the rear discs and pads on, hub links fitted with the proper nuts, caliper pins in and brakes bled :D

The other rear disc wasnt quite so bad

I would've gone for the GTi tbh but Lorna hates them! I dont regret getting this but I will need to get it looking decent and take it for a good blast to start liking it again!

Aye 260/270 Ish mate. This one is 242 standard at extreme so seems to be healthy, probably won't map it tbh, it's almost 172 pace which is adequate enough!

Get in there! Passed, no advisories and back on the road. It does drive better than it ever has whilst we've owned it and the springs haven't changed the ride much at all imo. But then I've only been driving the clio for 2 weeks so I could be biased! Will see how it handles another time, a soaking wet greasy Friday afternoon rush hour with badly aligned wheels isn't that great for balls out driving. Unless your surname is Maher.

So after fitting
Eibachs from DemonTweeks
Front and rear pads and front discs from G172
Droplinks, hublinks and hub link nuts from Paul at Renaultpartsdirect
and Gen rear discs and front caliper pins from Worldsaparts (who imo took too long to send things even though it was within the time frame of 14 days. If you sell things to people to fix their broken cars then speed is off the essence, every other part I ordered arrived well within 24 hours but you live and learn.)

I know have a second working, legal and improved car. Next MOT, the coupe at the start of October!

Cheers

Lol, handbag away Dave!

Out in it just now waiting on the wife getting out of work, pretty damn happy with it now but my word it needs aligned! Can't say I'm surprised but I am glad it's got the shitty nexans on the front that came on it so I'm not killing the contis!

Na it's not just feels tighter, driving along you wouldn't think it's been lowered although I might be comparing it to all the other lowered cars we use!
