Got it done when I got the headgasket done as im no longer doing an engine transplant I was planning to do. Anyway enough with me waffling on...

its a mates garage and they know someone who speciallises in the work, they used to build drag bikes etc in the 70's so have alot of knowledge of engines etc

So it should be quite nippy when you get it back?

Yea hoping for around 120/125bhp ish. Cars still got the cat on and an inudction kit atm tho

lots and lots when I get the money to. 2.0 8v bottom end, 4-2-1 manifold, de-cat, standard airbox and sorting the exhuast out, re-map, cams and looking into the volvo turbo route possibly along with a poss gearbox re-furb and uprating the clutch. Wanna sort out suspension, wheels and brakes first tho before I rush into anything



Engine is a 1.8 8v

Well certainly going into the thousands. Im not dong it all at once tho as I got other things to sort in my own life first lol. just wanna try something different instead of the usual 16v valver/willy/hybrid conversions ppl do all the time on here
