Havent posted any pictures of my car yet, so thought i would stick a couple up, pic quality isnt the greatest as it was getting dark last night when i was taking them, opinions good and bad appreciated!

Either go all the way PH2 (inc. Cup spolier) or don't touch the rear IMO.

Thanks for the feedback... i did contemplate the PH2 rear and side strips etc - but tbh apart from lowering it i kinda like the idea of leaving it as is... but then again my opinions seem to change on a daily basis at the minute haha

If you can get hold of some Ph2 lights .. it makes a hell of a difference to the rear end. If not, it doesn't really matter

LOL I bet you can't wait... i never ever thought i would own a clio tbh ive always hated them and french cars in general, but then i actually got over myself and drove my GF's Valver & 2x of her 172's and was hooked just had to get myself one.

It is a pretty clean car, got a pretty good deal with it tbh im fairly pleased.

my only immediate plans are to lower it slightly, & a stealth cat-back system, its already de-cat.

Don't get a ph2 rear end, doesn't suit the rest of the car. Colour coding the strips/handles is a good idea though.

If you are found to have a de-cat on your car what fines can you face and is it illegal and do you fail a mot ?

I dont think you get fined or anything no, i think its just an MOT fail tbh (i may be wrong though) mines just passed its MOT in March though =P

Looks very clean and a very nice example. The one thing I would suggest is changing the rear lights for ph2 ones as it freshens up the back so much

That looks lush... clear side repeaters make a big diff too, may have to invest in some of those

Danny_172 - I *think* its titanium from what other ppl have told me, however this is my first renault so im not sure on the *exact* colour code or name

open the drivers door and just up from the sill there will be a little rectangular sticker

on there there will be a code that starts in MV followed by 3 digits.

If its titaniu, like mine it will show MV647

Well, its de-cat, & the guy i bought it off said it had recently been re-mapped but apart from that its totally standard.
