My rear spring just broke!!

Was driving on reasonably smooth road. No massive potholes or anything. Heard a metallic sounding bang (if thats the best was to describe it) Looked in my rear view mirror and seen something small and black bouncing down the road. Thought maybe it was just something that had came of the car infront or I had maybe just ran over it. Turns out its off my rear drivers side spring. Just a bit off the bottom of it.

So its gona be an expensive weekend. Going in for a service, getting the belts done, and now a set of rear springs too.

Anyone know how much they are?

Was thinking that but I cant afford to add them on the insurance atm either. Well until I get a summer job atleast then I hope to get coilovers.

Went and got a new one for 30 quid and my timing belt kit. Both to be fitted tomorrow night/saturday morning

Nah. None at all when it comes to cars ffs. Although I think with all this bad luck theres bound to be a wee bit of ood luck so off to buy 10 lottery tickets for the weekend

Yup. Im not one for speeding or anything really so shouldnt be too hard to keep it on 5 for 2 years. Unless I get caught in a 30zone which i havent realised or something. But heres hoping i dont
