My system proposals, what do u think

My Clios basic stereo, just aint cutting it really.

So.............. I wanna get a Sony Head Unit (CDXCA900) Alpine sub (200w RMS) and Alpine amp (MRVT320). But I dont wanna replace the speakers. Its kinda like a decent-ish system on a budget (just under £390) My mate has put a Sony head unit his mk4 gti golf, along with PG amp and 2 12" JL subs. It sounds mint, hes kept his original speakers. Nice touch!

What do you lot think??

You want either pioneer/alpine for the head unit. Stay right away from song full stop.

Spend a good 100 on front components.

Then get yourself a sub and amp

Also uprated coaxils for the back door

sony dont make very good units for in car use.

get a good head unit , upgrade the fronts and get a sub later.

sony = poo!!!

pioneer and alpine are the best HUs you can get for the budget you have set yourself

decent set of components up front - possible alpine, kenwood (dual mags) of pioneer

sub and amp - even if it is budget equipment, it will breate more definition for the music
