As above you need valve cut outs or custom cam timing to stop valves hitting the pistons, i found this out the hard way.

good luck with the build, ive just dropped my bg 182 off with scoff today to do my turbo conversion, still on the train home now i thought about megane internals when i was thinking of around the same bhp as you but a few people said the standard gearbox nd clutch would struggle, i ended up just getting the ED low comp head gasket and goin for 230-240 bhp for reliability. look forward to you finishing this.

I havent got one lol was just a suggestion I thought it was fairly simple to do, modify the mounts slightly and tap the holes for the ND0 box..or something along those lines

Right then so my oil return I'm doing it to the block was jus wondering what size hole I need to drill what size tap (thread) and what fitting to use any one help with this would be great cheers
