So i've been wanting a stealth for ages, as quiet as possible as i hate low hanging exhaust that are clearly visible so i went and bought this :)

I wouln't say it was quiet at all, makes most "booming" noise between 2.5-4k which is slightly annoying as that cruising speed on A roads and rev range for generall driving, at motorway cruising speed at about 90 can barely here it. Oddly seams to get quieter the more you rev it, 6k+ it's silent.

It does sound lovely though, and when driving in slow traffic love the burble noise it makes.

Please bear in mind i've only had this on a day, but done about 100 miles.

Doesnt that hang a bit low below an already low back bumper.Or is it just the angle of the shot

Looks good :). Just one question (fred) do you not get clearance issuses on a coilovered low car. The flage looks pretty near the rear beam? Could just be the angle mind?

Can't raise at anymore as the rear bumper is in the way.

Bear in mind you only see the tailpipe when actually standing by the car.

Not being funny but why did you go for this and not hold out untill the stealth was available? You seem as fussy as me when it comes to exhausts :rasp:

The stealth is available, yozza said this was pretty much same as standard, and it didn't sound much louder, but i'd have to disagree.

Swap it for the stealth mate.Good job freds around to help you sort it out. Most people would say "sorry its on the car now"

If you do swap from the noisy pipe, fancy doing an update? I'm v interested in a Yozza Stealth, but £459 is an awful lot of money to me. Want to make sure I spend it wisely!

Cheers Chap.

Identical too mine!

Stop being a pansy. I still moan about the noise of mine but I wouldn't change it. Its the best sounding exhaust when giving it the beans!

I have, i've decided to stop being a indecisive git and keep this. I've now lifted it up more so it's like yours, it is good when booting it, just bit boomy between 2.5k-4k IMO

Good decision! Just means you'll have to take the back roads instead of the motorway on longer journeys now! You'll have a smile from ear to ear though!!:race:

It's fine as i cruise at 90ish it's fine then :)
Yours is right up next to the bumper, does it melt it at all or knock on it?

It's dropped down about 5mm further now as I fitted a new rubber mount and its stretched slightly. Exhaust has been on since Feb and it hasn't marked the bumper at all.

I'm always worried about doin 90 on the motorway as i can imagine i'll be unlucky enough to get pulled. So I have to be deafened at 70/75!

This is what i manufactured for mine, cost about £15 including the new mount, no movement or dropping anymore!! get it done!

glad your keeping it! i love the noise it makes when you give it some :D a mate up the road has an 54 plate wrx sti, and he's heard me going at full chat, when i so him nxt he looked at the exhaust and said "all that noise came from that tiny tailpipe!!!!" "it sounded f**king fantastic" :D :D :D

i agree though can be abit annoying on long journeys, but just grin and bear it! ;)

Has anyone actually bought a stealth yozza yet? I'm sure they're excellent quality, but I'm after an unbiased opinion on the noise (particularly at 70mph). If I spend all our savings ruining the car I'm gonna get f*ckin' divorced!
