n95 question (again)

ive just got my n95 and i keep getting this message coming up:

"please correct the access point in your mail for exhance connection settings"

what does that mean and how can i make it go away?

i cant seem to find out how to fix it, my internet is working, my mms and text are too.

I dont know what to do on that mail for exchange bit?
