Nail varnish

  Golf 7.5R & Clio 200
Howdy,

Safe way to remove nail varnish from painted interior trim? First thought was APC, but nope. Then thoughs turn to nail varnish remover, will that damage the surface at all? I'm assuming the clear coat will be resistant enough, just want a nod of approval first

Thanks
Ry

Last time I spilt my nail varnish .... :p

If it's clear coated maybe try some IPA or panel wipe first. Nail varnish remover is pretty agggressive IIRC. Is there a hidden part of trim you can try it on first? Maybe have a wet MF close to hand to wioe away the remover as soon as possible?

Its a colleagues car at work, so I won't actually be doing it, she just asked for help. I'll tell her to use very very little and wipe off as soon as possible, what could go wrong!
