Name of alloy wheels

Hi there,

Just wondering whether anyone knows the name of the 17" alloys on this Laguna. I think the wheels would look really good on my Clio Dynamique. Also, if anyone has any ideas where I could get hold of them that would be great. Sorry for the poor picture.
