So I leave home yesterday morning and I'm driving down the road when I hear a noise which sounds like something falling out from the front near side of my car. I look in the mirror and see something in the road.

I turned round and retrieved this.

Now is this part of my car or did I drive over something that was laying in the road and ping it up sounding like it fell off my car?

I'm really hoping for the latter!!

Can be a combo of a few things mate, I'd imagine if you whacked something it could have made the fracture worse but they will rust and fail at some point

I can recommend Eibach from personal experince mate, they are progressively wound so you still keep comfort and it's more firm when pushing on - Sportlines will give about a 25-30mm drop
