Also, he indicated before manoeuvring... Which is a damn sight better than 90% of other road users.

Lol , yea don't condone speeding in built up areas
I'm always on the look out for pets and kids hiding behind cars or bushes etc
But people who do and video it are really asking to get done

Fair point the driver is speeding in a built up area but this is not deemed as dangerous or careless driving, it's just some neighborhood law abiding citizen thinking he is above the law to video "crimes" and report it to the police. If the police did get involved the trophy driver could say the dash cam driver was following him and was right up his arse which is clearly shown in the video.

Agreed!

A friend of mine in the driving trade was saying that it shocks him just how much people tailgate. A few friends of mine do it, and a few still have yet to learn their lesson.
