NCB Help!!

I recently changed insurance and my new insurance company want proof of my NCB - i rang my previous insurerer and they said thats no problem.. but they asked what they needed to be written in the letter

Anybody had a nncb proof letter before and what do i need them to write?

well you should get one when you cancel your insurance anyway it just needs to say your entitled to x years ncb

not got one!!! is that all it needs to say? then will get them to send it as not losing out on 6 years NCB!

ur previous insurance should send u a note/letter saying how many yrs no claims u have now, obviously u want ur name and address all on the letter but that should be all you need mate

yeah just get them to stick that in the letter or phone new company and ask what exactly they want to see

Did you get a renewal notice, ie - saying how much you will be charged, what cover you are entitled to and how many Years NVB you have.

I just sent that to my insurance company, and they were happy with it.

As long as it is on headed paper, and has a signature or something on it, they will accept it.
