nearish to croydon help wit tosion bar

ok, i was going to try this by myself today but decided id rather do it with someone who has done one before, so anyone wanna give me a hand? ill give you a present or something..

its not that hard to d.i.y. theres two retaining screws either end with cam washers . remove them both put plenty of wd/40 on either end , messure from top of brake drum and wing before you remove it , you shouldnt lower it too much though it makes for an uncomfortable ride , knock the torsion bar out with a punch but be carefull not to damage the threads of the retaining bolts , adjust the hight of the axle and knock torsion bar back in , hope that helps m8

If you follow the quide on the main site it really is easy. My first attemp was only just over 2 hours on my own. Tools required 1 x m10 nut and bolt approx 42 long, 1 x BIG socket 3/4" drive so the bolt will pass through it, 1 x can of wd40 or plus gas and 1 tube of copperslyp for when you put the bar back in. Oh and axle stands make for an easier/safer job.

Pm if u get stuck with anything

Oh and brian is right too low and its hideous to drive...
