Nearside headlamp washer leaking like crazy

I have a leak from my nearside headlight washer (by putting needle in it..doh).
How do you get to the pipe that delivers the water?

Does the washer plastic bit pop or twist off?

I dont want to start taking off bumpers etc.

I am thinking of cutting the last inch off the tube and then refitting it to see if this works but have no idea about how to get to it.

Has anyone got photos, instructions please?

To remove the washer ideally you need to remove the bumper as it's held on by a lock nut at the rear.
The washers fail regularly and are about £7 from the dealers.

There isn't really a 'quick fix' as I don't think you can access then washer from inside the bay.

Mine done that!! I thought it was just crying from the kicking it gets!!

I am in Wakefield..I have no idea how to get the bumper off!!
