need a gps reciever wired for archos

Im unsure whether i can run gps software as it has lynix not windows, anyway still gonna look for a gps reciver what ones are the best and compatible with the archos.

ok, what usb wired recievers do people on here use, just wanna get the most popular. Also is tomtom the best software to use?

I very much doubt you'll get tomtom running on there, as its not in the supported list on tomtoms site.

You'd have to find an application that runs on Linux, that'll do the GPS stuff for you, but I can see getting maps etc for it being a bit hard.
