Need a Little Exhaust Help

I've got a GDI Decat and a Magnex Cat-Back system Fitted to my 182, I fitted the Decat onto the std system to begin with and it fitted fine, then I bought the Cat-back System and had it Fitted by what I thought was decent place around my area, it was blowing to start with at the joining point of Decat To cat-back so I took it back and they fixed it (So I thought) it started blowing again so i took it to my local Exhaust Centre and they did the best they could without starting from scratch

Everything was fine But now I have the car lowered on coilovers and the exhaust seems to have quite alot of travel in it when on bumpy roads, also my Exhaust occasionally knocks on the rear axle, Is the mounting bracket rubber knoackered?

Any advice on how I can sort these problems or what I can buy or fit Etc.

The rubbers look weak in 2nd photo try using some large tie wraps to lift the exhaust up. I used this method to lift backbox up to make it sit right.
