Need an EXPERT opinion

It's not a completely clear memory in my head, but I would say I only got it at high speed (approx 110mph+)

It seemed to disappear when I changed up to fifth I THINK, however my speed could have been reducing at the same time too. (as approaching a corner)

It's not exactly the easiest thing to test either, whether it's speed or revs etc, without loosing my license.

As the video shows the noise disappears as I pull off the throttle. Thinking about it now, I should have got more/better videos and changed things to narrow it down when I was there. But at the time I had no idea.

Thanks

Put it on a rolling road you can then hear it from the outside also. plus the wind doesn't pass over the car at those speeds on the rollers so should be able to pinpoint whether or not its the windscreen rubber

But i put my money on the rubber

I don't know of any near me, I'll have a little search.

You really think the windscreen wipers can make that much noise? Hope it is that. Been meaning to change them for flatter ones for ages, which would hopefully get rid of it.

My mechanic is going to listen to the video too anyway.

Thanks Martin

Thanks, they are quite a journey from me though, but I guess it's a last resort.

Dan, the rubber around the windscreen lol?? Wtf, does that mean its been fitted badly :S how can I fix that :S
