Need for less noise.

Im getting fed up of how noisey the clio is, i know the normal cat will have to be replaced for one but was hoping for some thing not so heavey.
Induction Kit is coming off too, but what else can be done to make it quieter within the car?

Under the seats and boot lining? Where is the best place to get it from and what sort of grade if they do grades.
