Rite, i got the filter on, and it sits on top of the pipe (pic1), but in traffic and at slow speeds the engine gets hot (3/4 of the way up) what is the best way to overcome this. Iv seen relocations to the headlight, i would do this but i dont know where to get this pipe and how to get a pressure sensor running into it, please help

to be fair mate, the air filter shouldnt have anything to do with your coolant temp if thats what you mean? it may not be in the best place for clean air, but it wont make it overheat?

looks ok in the pic! are you sure it wasnt the same before? does the cooling fan work?

I saw a bloke with a ph1 that had relocated his with some plastic covered steel hose, to the nearside headlight, i would do this but didnt want to use halford's tin foil-covered cardboard. thanks
