Need help formatting an exFAT 1TB HDD to FAT32

Im having lots of trouble getting this done. since ms apparently has an issue with letting windows format anything above 32GBs to FAT32, i would appreciate if some one here can help me. ideas anyone?

Reason for the change; exFAT doesn't work with an Xbox 360 needs to be fat32

use DOS!:

format /FS:FAT32 X:

replace X with drive letter.... hey presto
