Need iPad game to while away the hours

Stuck in hospital. Is there a game with decent longevity that's reasonably fun?!

Two of my favs are 'Drop 7' and 'Fairway HD' ..

The first is like connect 4 with a twist (give it a go .. it's addictive) and the second is golf crossed with solitaire with maaaaaaany levels.

Is FM for iOS/Android no longer a complete joke? I bought it a few seasons ago and it was a complete waste of time, because it was so easy; you could sign world-beaters for League 1 sides.
