Need lowering spring help

Anyone recommend any 45mm lowering springs? Or anyone know of custom ones at like 48mm/49mm that are not mega-bucks?

My new insurance will only cover me up to 50mm and i want as low as possible.

and for this drop would you recommend shocks too?

ignore that, EIBACH SPORTLINE SPRING KIT is 45mm all round. bit pricey but they are obviously good springs
