You can debrand it easily with NSS and NSU by changing the product code but hes asking about network unlocking it???? :S

you'll be very lucky to get it done anywhere other than a network shop, not many places have the software for the s60 phones to unlock them.

Yes assuming it's a pay as you go sim also. They will ask you to upload x amount of credit for an "admin" fee. If they say no tell them they have to legally

If its an upgrade on a contract I think they're only legally obliged to if the contract is up. Not 100% on that though.
