need urgent help before sun goes down

i am wiring up my first amp (on my first car) i know the basics but to anyone who has fitted an amp to there new clio (i have a 1.2 16v billabong) i was wandering where to feed the power cable from the engine bay to the inside of the car.



any help would be much appreciated!

P.S. i dont wanna pay someone else to do it for me as that spoils the fun

Hi mate,

Probably too late now but I had the same problem, end of the day I gave up and will be taking it for someone to do it for me.

The only place I could find that might work is the bonnet release cable, putting it through that grommet.. I tried but it seemed to be boxed off on the other side.

Thats the only place it will go through....you will have to loose skin on your knuckles though. If you take the power steering bottle off to be able to pull back the bulk head covering you can get your hand down to pull the cable through.

yep the grommet is the only place to go through w/o drilling any more holes

and it is possible to squeeze 0awg cable through there (i thought id give it a try)
