Nero trial verion

ive downloaded a copy of nero 6 to use as a trial version however going though the installation when i click next after accepting licence agreement i enter my name, put not applicable in company etc but the install button, the button i have to press to actually move on is greyed out.

I end up having to exit the install, anyone know why?

heres screen shot, just entered random number into key box, its same no matter what i enter.
and it is trial version of nero im sure.

Try putting something longer in the company name field. You will probably find you haven't hit the minimum number of characters required.

Dont enter anything into the serial number box.

^^ as above. basically its the wrong serial no, so it wont let you continue. delete the serial number and it will move on ok.
if not, check that the serial number is the correct one on your cd inlay/ instructoin set. A lot of the "known" serials have been blacklisted btw.

mmm, well even if i leave serial number box empty, (its a trial version afterall) then still the install button is blanked out.

remove company name completely. make sure there are no spaces. also make sure there are No spaces at the end of the name. If it still fails, remove the name and re-type it in.

if it still doesnt work, make sure any previous nero is fully removed.

copied nero install file from other pc onto this one, now it says demo where install button was on downloaded version so looks like it is working now. Strange it wouldnt with downloaded copy.

ive got the full version on my other pc. I just wanted to download a trial version of nero to use and as above couldnt get it to install.
