Cisco Rounter > Sonicwall Pro 2040 > Netgear Switch L3 > Netgear Switch L3 > End User
Most application run on citrix - hosted solution
PROBLEM
Internet has always been fine.
Two days ago, ISP encountered issues, problem their end fixed.
Every 5 - 10 mins the internet drops (cannot open up new browser window) , pings still work, however, users can still work on their hosted citrix session???
Restart router and firewall, all works ok, 5-10 mins later, same issue.
It will come up randomly later, however, it will go back down again.
I can even have logmein working, but won't be able to open up new internet sessions as it crashes.
I originally thought it could have also been the internal DNS servers failing, but I have changed some workstations to use the ISP DNS's directly and the issue is still apparent.
Tried different switches, same issue.
Any ideas ?
