New alloys

Hi, i currently have 205/50/15, im thinking of moving up to 16s, the clio is lowered and the current alloys and tyres fit perfect, BUT....

If i move to 205/45/16, will the size of the old alloys be roughly the same size as the 16s i want due to a lower profile (being 45 rather than 50)

Hopefully that makes sense. cheers
