Been living with standard fit CD player for 2 years now and cant take it anymore!!! Been thinking of getting an Alpine CDA-9853, and a 10" sub with amp of some sort. Thinking of keeping standard speakers for now - is this a bad idea? Got total budget of around £450-550 or so, wanna keep steering controls (cant seem to live without!) and want to connect my iPod somehow (not included in budget).
Any thoughts or advice will be great. Also would like to know about fitting - easy to do, or need someone to do it?
