New aux tensioner time?

Came out this morning to go shops and the belt is squeaking it tits off AGAIN. That's three times this year I've put a new belt on.

Its one of those auto tensioner jobbies ( as I have AC)

so I'm guessing it's past it's time?
Also have a metallic jingle that goes way if the aux isn't on?

Anyone?ive ordered a tensioner but i'll still have the problem of the metallic rattle
