The bra is ugly as hell but i still desperately want one, i have to laugh at the people who dont seem to grasp the concept of them yet, one day like me you will go to wash the flies off the front end of the car then realise they aint flies, its thousands of stone chips!!!

i dont need a bumper protector as the bumper doesnt rust, stone chips on that i can live with, it is now cheaper for me to buy a new bonnet and spray it than it is to fix my existing one, seeing as i mainly do motorway miles these have to be the best invention since sliced bread, i often see a yellow seat leon going about with one and i think 'damn thats ugly but what a sensible mofo you are'

Where can i get one and how mucho??

What is the point in those bra's!!! Stone chips 99% of the time hit the front bumper not bonnet!!!

Plus its nearly spring! No gritters?!!

badges look fine tho!

I get the concept easily, but it's still looks stupid. If you're that worried why not cover the whole car in rubber? Oh wait that would look stupid and be daft... same goes for the "bra". Why bother buying a nice car if a) you're that worried about a few stone chips and b) you're going to stick that on it and make it look completely rediculous?

car looks superb mike, really does, well done on the xenons as well, when did you ge them? and where from? badges look ok, not overly keen on painted obvious badges but look ok i guess.

russ, you know i love ya car mate :D dark dadders lol

Ive yet to see a car with stonechips anywhere else other than the bonnet or bumper which just might explain not covering the whole car in rubber.

as for a) if you buy a nice car surely you want to protect it? hence the reason for the protector, wether its a nice car or a banger it will get stone chips.

b) weve all established it looks stupid, im sure even those people who have one on their car agree with that, but if it was up to me id rather look stupid than have my bonnet look a mess.

I look at the guy who looks stupid in his seat leon then i think hey, it looks daft but his bonnet is in better nick than mine.

I fail to see the point in buying a nice car if you're not going to protect it

I think the point youre making is if im so worried about stone chips then why dont i buy a £100 banger?

Because i can afford not to, i dont want the hassle of breakdowns, expensive repair bills and unreliability so i buy a nicer car.

The cover is not a permanent thing, as i said i mostly do motorway miles, it wont be on when im driving around the town or going back and forth to work.

Thats like saying to people with a car alarm, 'if youre that bothered about it being nicked why buy a nice car'??
