New car - Golf GTI content

Absolutely gorgeous car! What's the fuel mpg like on these? How do they stack up to the TDI counter-part? More reliable than the TDI or less.?

At the moment it's doing 25mpg round town and will do 37-40mpg on the M-way at steady 70mph...

They are defiantly quicker than the TDI obviously but they do 50mpg lol

lol can't beat a nice Golf. Would be tempted by a TDI but I'm not sure they're as reliable as the petrol ones and they're kinda thirsty lol
