I can't see the link but if the sound is a tractory rattle coming from the driver side of the engine bay then it will the dephaser pulley.

If It is don't worry too much it wont blow up and kill the engine like many would have you believe , just get noisier.
But make sure cam belt and tensioners have been changes in the reccomend intervals more important many dont change it same time as belts.
If that goes bye bye engine!
