New Clio 1.2TCE, real world mpg?

  Meg 250/E36 Touring
You'll get 38 pretty much all the time... I ran one a couple of years ago and it really needed to be feathered to get 45!

They are deceptively quick though! (and sound great with the air filter taken out lol)

I took one up to a company one up to a training course in London, as said your looking at 38mpg, which isn't bad but my 100hp does 40mpg....and its prob quicker..

I get 35MPG on average, without worrying how I drive. If I drive sensibly 24/7, never go above 3K. I may get 38MPG. I once got 40MPG out of a tank. I reset my meter after every tank. The majority of my driving is through towns.

So anywhere between 35 and 40MPG is a sensible figure.

I'm only jealous, a 200 is not the right thing to do at this point in time for me :(
