new clio faulty parking sensors

Hi has anybody had any issues with a 2019 / 2020 parking sensors . My dad bought a new clio and unknown to him the parking sensors weren't on / faulty twice garage did something and worked on the forecourt but stopped working third time took to dealer they worked but unfortunately my dad 85 had a couple of bumps and then one big one on all occasions no warnings of proximity audible or visual. Dealer did do diagnostics as they said side panel damage may have caused damage to sensors. Garage sold a sports car to my 85 yr old dad without offering ght dcvt version

It's under warranty, just get the dealer to fix it under warranty or if it's been caused by accident damage then get them to replace them

Hi the post should have stated the dealer didn't do any diagnostics.

hi we intend to take to a different Renault garage as my dad does not trust them , hopefully the diagnostics might identify a fault, similar thing reported on the Kadjur
