New Clio (Granny Car)

I had a New Clio 1.2 for a few days and all I can say is they are so sh*t lol. My old Dynamique 1.2 felt like a 1.4 compared to it!

The drive is very poor, the stearing is super sensitive, you sit way too high, the gear box is made out of playdol, the clutch is just wrong, it looks crap and is the worst car I've ever drove!

I think Renaultsport have got a job on their hands to get me to buy the RS version. :dead:

1.6 and DCi are just as bad! even in Dynamique S trim!

Sorry but you only think it's a granny car, cos basically you drive like a granny my 1.5 DCI is fine.

its slow cos it weighs so much... at least my 1.2 aint the slowest clio anymore

Lol, 13.4 secs to 60 in the new 1.2 16v.

The new 1.6 does it in 10.2, over a second slower than the MK2 PH2!

my mate is a hand over guy at my local renault delaership and he borrows different mk3's from time to time - was quite impressed with the pace of the 1.5dci but the 1.6 16v dynamique was bollox - my mk2 ph2 dynamique is by far the better car

i found the driving posistion miles better in the new clio. steering wheel angle is better. dash is leagues ahead 2. and that was a dynamique model
