Clio 1.2
Hi all, recently converted from two wheels to four after passing my test. left it quite late as i'm 30 now but had to be done and i'm really happy so far with my Clio. It's only a 1.2 Dynamique but in really nice condition (52 plate) with a nice set of alloys

when i went to look at the car i noticed some weird kind of discolouration on both headlights and thought 'i'll clean that off no probs'.
after i get it home i had a good look at the lights and was quite dissapointed that it looked completely beyond repair and certainly didn't look like it'd polish out. look like damage from the sun perhaps or something had reacted badly with it. after purchasing a brand new pair on fleabay i thought, i'm just gonna try bit of autosol on the old ones whilst they were on the car and i noticed a slight improvement, i thought 'nothing to lose' and continued with wet and dry method and was amazed! it was coming out! couldn't believe it. took a full afternoon and a few blisters but was well worth it. looks great now. wish i took some before and after shots just to show how bad it was. bit of a bugger i can't return the lights as i opened em and took wrappers off etc so if anyones interested in pair of new headlights i'll knock the price down a bit!
