New Clutch, How Much Am I Looking At?

As above, pretty sure the clutch has gone after 74K, how much am I looking at to replace this?

how can you tell if its on it way out....

it will bite when the pedals further and further down the more worn it gets,
until pushing the clutch all the way to the floor and its still on down enuf,
in other words it'll crunch with your foot hard on the clutch
and stall if its not in neutral and you stop

or it will start slipping, and the revs will climb but the car wont be accelerating,

theyre signs of it being worn,

when the car gets to 60000 id start looking into it anyway,

I'll need to check the local garages then, was just hopin that kit above was the right one so all I was paying out on would be labour charges.

depends how its been driven,
how far do you HAVE to push the clutch down to change gear?
if its close to the floor, its on its way out

well ive always pushed it all the way down to the floor

my garage charges 150 supplied and fitted.

mines on 130k my gear box is dead but cluch was fine. replaceing it anyway whilst the box is out.

most garages would charge 120-160 lab 3-4 hours work.

6 hours roffle. my mechanic does it in 2 hours ( says you can do the 1.2's with out dropping something (subframe or something!?))
