New coil pack?

So today I found out that apparently Renault doesnt stock coil packs for 182's anymore as they are too old??

My question is, what is next best coil pack to get for the car? At the minute ive got a non genuine cheap one one due to emergency repair, but want to put a good one on.

Also what HT leads would you recommend?

Engine is stock.

Mine seems to splutter under load. If youre in 4th or 5th at 30mph and accelerate, it dont like it. Original didnt do that until it went bang. Ha
